Sophmore Team 1st Cut
Due to the tough decision of the Sophmore team we decided to only make a first cut and then we will have another one after tomorrow's tryout from 12:30 - 3:30. The girls that made the first cut are the following:

Those who didn't make it, I encourage you to work hard this year by playing club (tryouts are the 1st week of November) and also the Pleasant Grove Recreation Volleyball program that starts very soon is a great way to get more repetitions to improve your game and tryout again next year.

Practice will be at 9:00 - 12:00 tomorrow. Pre-Practice needs to be done before practice starts. Practice is mandatory and no one should miss unless you are extremely ill, injured, or at a funeral. Dedication is the key to success. There is a new standard for AFHS Volleyball program and its your time to prove it to not only to the coaches, but to your team.
